Campaign and phone number verification has been evolving across the industry. As fraud has grown, regulators and operators have worked to keep bad actors off networks. That includes ensuring phone numbers on their networks are complying with regulations and rules that keep spam away from consumers. Unfortunately, for those that are trying to do the right things, that usually means some barriers that can feel unnecessary.

Growing in importance is the need for a privacy policy on a website. Leadferno has provided an SMS privacy policy linked directly in the Leadbox. This privacy policy covers the usage of Leadferno, the numbers collected through our widgets and our customer's websites. It helps ensure our customer websites remain conformant with the rules of operators with as little friction as possible.

This extends the opt in message already part of the Leadbox next to the Submit button. Along with proper opt out controls, this meets the highest standards expected of text messaging campaigns for our partners.

Below is the full text of the SMS Privacy Policy in our Leadbox. Please contact us if you have any questions or feedback.
