If you want to cancel your account, please message us through our Leadbox or via our support email address, and we can process that for you.
You can also cancel your account in the web app by clicking the account menu (upper right initials) and then Billing and then "Cancel subscription" button.
That said, we're keen on getting feedback about why you'd like to cancel. So, it will be helpful to note the reasons for cancellation.
