Leadferno offers the ability to control the display of your Leadbox call-to-action (CTA) buttons based on the device. You can offer the same display of your buttons for desktop and mobile devices or you can customize your mobile button display to be different than the web browser display.

Our mobile settings allow you to display less of the Leadbox button features if you desire. So that on mobile (smaller) screens you can display less of the CTAs. To visit your Leadbox settings, click on LEADBOX in the left side main menu in your web app. All settings are manageable from the web app only.

Secondary button mobile setting

The Secondary button of the Leadbox is the top button from the bottom of the screen that lets you display a customized CTA. This button appears 3 seconds after the Primary button, sliding in from the side of the screen. This timing and motion is designed to draw the users eye to your CTA.

When you click the pencil icon to edit the Secondary button in the web app, you will get a modal of the button settings. The setting for mobile is labeled MOBILE with a toggle switch. This toggle lets you choose to SHOW (on) or UNSHOW (off) the Secondary button on mobile. By default this toggle is set to SHOW (on) so that the Secondary button displays on all devices.

By switching the toggle to UNSHOW (off) the Secondary button will no longer display to your mobile visitors.

Primary button mobile setting

The Primary button of the Leadbox is the lower button from the bottom of the screen that includes multiple CTA options and icons. This button appears on page load.

When you click the pencil icon to edit the Primary button in the web app, you will get a modal of the button settings. The setting for mobile is labeled MOBILE ICON ONLY with a toggle switch. This toggle lets you shows to SHOW (on) or UNSHOW (off) only the icon from the Primary button, and not the CTA options (Contact, Message, Text Us, etc.). By default this toggle is set to UNSHOW (off) so that the Primary button shows the icon and the CTA.

By switching the toggle to SHOW (on) the Primary button will display on the icon to your mobile visitors.

Keep in mind ...

Removing the call to action features and buttons from the mobile experience can reduce engagement. Our analytics show that users click almost equally between the Primary and Secondary CTA buttons of the Leadbox on average.
