The Leadform can replace any lead generation or contact form on your website. The Leadform funnels leads to your Inbox and makes text messaging a first class communication tool for your contact forms.

The Leadform has fields types and labels. The types are specific to how the field is validated while the labels are the questions or prompts that a requestor will see on the Leadform. 

The Leadform requires four fields: 

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Message (paragraph field type)

Additional field types that can be added include: 

  • Text (single line)
  • Paragraph
  • Date Selector
  • Address (with auto-complete from Google)
  • Multi-Select
  • Dropdown

The labels for each field can be edited. For example, by default, the Name field has a label Name, but you can edit it to be Full name or First and last name. 

The form has a maximum of seven fields. All but the default fields can be reordered.

The settings include various elements included in the Leadform embed: 

  • Heading (an <h2> field)
  • Intro (paragraph text below the heading)
  • Button text and color
  • Privacy policy URL  (default redirect to the Leadbox SMS privacy policy)
  • Toggle to hide map icon and address
  • Toggle to hide the channels from your Leadbox

Additionally, the Leadform embed code can accept a font-type, max-width, max-height.
