Tags are a great way to categorize your leads. They appear on the lead list on the inbox and on the lead summary in the details panel. Tags are available in search advanced filters, but their text doesn't get searched when you're searching messages.
Create a new tag
- Select the tag icon at the top of a conversation. The list of tags with a search menu appears.
- Type a tag name. A Create button appears.
- Select Create once you've finished typing the name of a new tag. The new tag is created, applied to the conversation, and the dialog closes.
Add a tag
- Select the tag icon at the top of a conversation. The list of tags with a search menu appears.
- Type the name of an existing tag to filter the list.
- Select from the list of existing tags. The select tag will save with a green check mark.
Manage tags
- Select the tag icon at the top of a conversation. The list of tags with a search menu appears.
- Select the Manage Tags link. The current tags have trash icons and edit icons next to them.
- Select an edit icon to change the name of a tag.
- Select a trash icon to delete a tag. Deleting a tag deletes the tag from all conversations or leads.
