To access your messages to read and reply with all of Leadferno's features, you must log into your account.
Web/browser app
The web app can be used on any laptop, desktop browser, or tablet (in landscape view). The web app is not usable on mobile, see the mobile apps below.
Mobile apps
The mobile apps offer the best notification experience with push notifications for new leads, new messages, replies, reminders, and transfers. On a mobile device, Leadferno must be used through our apps below, and not the web app.

You are able to reset your password from the web app or the mobile app by clicking the reset link on the login screen.
