By default, Leadferno sends auto replies to new lead submissions via the Leadbox or Facebook. Auto replies may help to set expectations for prospects so that they know when they can expect a response from you. The auto reply schedule will give prospects a sense to expect a message soon or in a day or so. The message for open hours and closed hours are different. 

Schedule your replies

To set your auto reply schedule so that it matches the times you'll be available for a quick response: 

  1. Sign in to your Leadferno.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Auto Replies. The schedule and two auto replies load. In some cases, we may have sync'd your business hours from your profile on Google.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the schedule. Closed days will have switches and open days will populate hours with text fields along with save () and cancel (x) icons. 
  4. Toggle the open/closed switch to toggle hours editing. 
  5. Update hours, minutes, and AM/PM text fields. 
  6. Select the to save or x to cancel. The text fields will close.

The timezone for the schedule is set by your profile settings accessed via the account menu under Profiles

Edit auto replies

Auto replies may use variables to match the name of the business, profile, or open hours — {{business_name}}, {{profile_name}}, and {{opens_at}} respectively.. The values appear until edit mode is entered when the variables load. 

  1. Sign in to your Leadferno.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Auto Replies. The schedule and two auto replies load. In some cases, we may have sync'd your business hours from your profile on Google.
  3. Select the pencil icon to the right of the auto reply you wish to edit. A text field opens along with save () and cancel (x) icons. 
  4. Update the text to the auto reply. 
  5. Select the to save or x to cancel. The text fields will close.
