Add contact fields
Leads for text messaging, by default, require a phone number. Other contact details may be added, including the name and email address.
When a lead is obtained through another channel, like Facebook, then it only has a name associated with it. Adding a phone number will ensure you can continue to talk with the lead outside of Facebook, but within the same conversation.
Channel
Two channels are available today: text messaging and Facebook. Facebook messaging can only be used when a prospect messages your business through your Facebook page.
In the message composer, you may switch between Text Message or Facebook if those options are available on the contact.
Google Business Messaging will be added soon.
History
History include a list of all conversations or leads with a contact and a link to those conversations. If the team member has access to multiple profiles, all will be listed in the history along with the profile name, who the lead is assigned to and its status.
