We automatically create and link to a default SMS privacy policy that is displayed in your Leadbox. The SMS privacy policy documents how an organization collects, uses, and handles personal data from contacts who opt into their SMS program. This is required for compliance with TCPA and SMS communication requirements.
You, and website visitors, can view the policy in your Leadbox by clicking the Privacy policy link located in the bottom right of your Leadbox or the disclaimer link of your Leadform. We have also included the content lower on this page.
