Leadferno supports messaging via text, Facebook Messenger, and Google's Business Messages. For text messaging, as an app to phone (A2P) service provider, we support a limited set of media to send via MMS (multimedia messaging service). Recent changes with our telephony provider limit the types of messages that can be sent to improve the reliability and security of information sent via MMS.
Toll free numbers are more limited in the type of media — images only — that can be sent via MMS. However, in some cases, you may be able to receive more files types from your prospects that you can send.
Local numbers (10DLC) can send more file types at larger sizes.
Note that, as needed, we resize images to match carrier requirements to deliver the messages and to improve the delivery speed. To match file size requirements, we automatically resize images to max height of 720 px or width 1000 px.
