The Business Messages with Leadferno is in beta and allows customers to launch a Chat button on their local listing and route all messages to their Leadferno profile's shared Inbox. During the beta, there's a manual verification step with Google to set up your location.

Channel switching on mobile

If multiple channels are available for a single contact, a long press on the send button will bring up the channel options. Contacts may have one or more of three options: text messaging, Facebook messenger, or Google messages.
